About Our Products
- Made-to-Order: All products are custom-made upon order.
- Production Timeline: Production begins after your order is confirmed, and items will be shipped within approximately 2 months.
Cancellation, Returns, and Exchanges
We cannot accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges due to customer preferences after an order is confirmed.
Exceptions
Returns or exchanges will only be accepted under the following conditions:
- The item has a defect.
- You contact us with your order ID within one week of delivery.
- The item is returned to us within five days after your return request is approved.
Conditions Under Which Returns/Exchanges Are Not Accepted

Shipping Information
- Carrier: All orders are shipped via EMS.
- Customs Duties: Please note that customs duties are not included in the product price. You will be responsible for paying these fees directly to the shipping carrier upon delivery.

- We will not arrange for redelivery if a package is returned due to incorrect address information or absence during delivery.

Imported Items in Sets
Imported items included in product sets may have minor imperfections due to production and transportation. Please review these conditions before purchasing:
- Slight loose threads or imperfect stitching.
- Minor stains, wrinkles, or synthetic leather odor.
- Size discrepancies within a few centimeters.
- Stock shortages due to supplier issues (refunds or replacements of equivalent value will be provided).
